Do you provide insurance valuations ?

Many of our items come with UK insurance valuations. If no valuation is included with an item we can obtain a valuation for you. Please contact us for further information and the cost.    


For privacy reasons valuations pictured on our site do not have our valuers and jewellers details on them. The full signed version of the valuation will be provided to the purchaser.

What is your return policy ?

We offer a full no quibble, money back guarantee on all online purchases. You must contact us within seven days to discuss a return, credit note or an exchange.  


The item must be returned within fourteen days using a fully tracked and signed for courier service  The item must be returned in the condition that it was received  in order to receive a full refund. 


The only cost to you would be the return shipping and insurance.

What happens if my Item is lost or damaged in transit ?

On the rare occasion that an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will make a claim with the shipper, with a view to your reimbursement.     

How do I know the item is as described ?

Having over two decades experience in the field, we have amassed a wealth of expertise in dealing with all kinds and types of antique and vintage jewellery. 


We have specialist equipment to test diamonds, gemstones and precious metal items and use well-known, long-established jewellers for our valuations. 


You can therefore rest assured that you will receive a precious item of quality and avoid the possible dangers of buying online or through auction houses which may give limited details and descriptions and have 'sold as seen’ policies.     

Do you offer ring sizing ?

All ring sizes stated on this site are in UK ring sizes for international ring size conversions please go to ringsizes.co


We can offer ring resizing services for most of our rings, depending on the design. Please contact us for the details and cost of resizing.


If a ring resized by our jeweller has to be returned we will accept it, as long as it satisfies the criteria of our return policy.  Any ring resized by another party will not be accepted as a return.
