We have specialist equipment to test diamonds, gemstones and precious metal items and use a well-known, long-established, jeweller for our valuations. 

You can therefore rest assured that you will receive a precious item of quality and avoid the possible dangers of buying online or through auction houses which may give limited details and descriptions and have 'sold as seen’ policies.     

We offer a full no quibble, money back guarantee on all online purchases. You must contact us within seven days to discuss a return, credit note or an exchange.  The item must be returned within fourteen days using a fully tracked and signed for courier service The item must be returned in the condition that it was received  in order to receive a full refund. 

The only cost to you would be the return shipping and insurance.

 On the rare occasion that an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will make a claim with the shipper, with a view to your reimbursement 

Many of our items come with UK insurance valuations. If no valuation is included with an item we can obtain a valuation for you. Please contact us for further information and the cost.    

Yes we can provide gift packaging and also send with cards to loved ones by request.  If you require this service please contact us and we will work with you to personalise your gift and make it extra special.

We can accept payment via GBP, NZD and AUD in local bank accounts or via paypal.  Please wait for confirmation before paying or contact us for more options.

All prices displayed are in GBP.  For direct payments via bank transfer we will invoice you in your local currency equivalent and we use XE.com to calculate the currency conversion rate at the point of sale.

We are not currently offering this service but that may change in the future.  Local jewellers can resize most rings we sell.
